Hi, I'm Dan.
I'm the founder of Growth BFF and The BFF Group. I've spent the last 15+ years inside busy HR, recruitment, training and operations roles at agencies and consultancies including VCCP, Publicis and WPP, plus a string of boutique firms where I learned what actually moves a business forward (and what just looks good on a deck).
I started The BFF Group because too many founder-led businesses were stuck paying for fragmented help, a recruiter here, a marketer there, a coach somewhere else, and getting no compounding return. Growth BFF brings those levers under one embedded senior operator, powered by AI, at a fraction of the cost of a traditional team.
